~ RESTRUNG ANCIENT EGYPTIAN LATE PERIOD FAIENCE MELON BEAD - BRACELET ~

Bracelet with a genuine, late period, ancient Egyptian Faience melon bead, c 500 BCE.

The ancient bead is in good condition with no visible cracks or chips, but does display some age related discolouration.

The bead has been restrung on stainless steel jeweller's wire for durability, together with 5,000 year old

grey and white Steatite beads from Syria, also modern Turquoise and Garnet beads.

The bracelet measures approximately 24.1 cms (9 1/2") in length.

The ancient Egyptian melon bead is approximately 13 mms. (1/2") in diameter.

All fittings are solid sterling silver. Insured postage and gift wrapping are included in the price.
