~ ANCIENT EGYPTIAN FAIENCE MELON BEADS C 500 BCE ~

Three genuine ancient Egyptian, turquoise coloured faience melon beads, from the late period c 500 BCE.

These ancient beads have been restrung on a wearable necklace with 5,000 year old black,

grey, and white Steatite beads from Syria, and modern Turquoise and red Coral beads.

The beads have been strung on stainless steel jeweller's wire, with solid sterling silver fittings.

The beads used on this necklace are in a stable condition, with much of the turquoise coloured glaze intact on the faience beads.

Necklace measures approximately 49 cms (19 1/4") in length, the faience melon beads are all approximately 1 cm. ( 3/8") in diameter.

Insured postage and gift wrapping are included in the price.
