~ LATE PERIOD ANCIENT EGYPTIAN GLASS MELON BEAD c 500 BCE ~

A genuine Ancient Egyptian dark grey glass melon bead, with age related patina.

The ancient bead is restrung on a wearable bracelet with modern Watermelon Tourmaline, Garnet and Hematite beads.

The bracelet measures approx. 20.5 cms ( 8 1/8" ) in length, and the glass melon bead measures approx. 12 mms x 7 mms ( 5/8" X 1/2" ).

It is strung on stainless steel jeweller's wire for durability, and is finished with solid sterling silver fittings. Equally appropriate for a man or a woman.
