~ Egyptian inspired Hematite ankh necklace, with red Aventurine ~
This necklace features a Hematite ankh, red Aventurine, glass, and Hematite beads. It is strung on stainless steel jeweller's wire with solid sterling silver fittings and measures 51 cms in length.
The ankh was thought to be the Ancient Egyptian symbol for resurrection and eternal life. It may also have been associated with truth, as it is an integral part of the hieroglyphic representation for Maat, the Ancient Egyptian goddess for righteousness and the order of the universe. Insured postage and gift wrapping are included in the price.
