Necklace with reproduction Nefertum amulet.

The centrepiece of this necklace is an Egyptian, green faience, reproduction of an ancient amulet, which is strung on stainless steel jeweller's wire, with green Steatite, magnetic Hematite, Malachite and glass beads.

I suspect the amulet is a depiction of Nefertum, the junior sun god, who was also the god of youth, beauty and perfume. Please excuse me if I am mistaken, as it is very difficult to tell with some amulets.

The necklace measures 41 cms in length, and is finished with solid sterling silver fittings. It would be equally suitable for a man or a woman. Insured postage and gift wrapping are included in the price.
